Everything as planned. Lamb, potatoes, rice, asparagus, crab bisque, appetizer. He nailed it all. The rice was amazing, we eat a lot of rice and this wasn't ordinary rice. It had unbelievable flavor and texture. Lamb...where to start..his own seasoning rub and perfectly cooked. It was all good, but let's not forget the Chef. Food is one thing, but to have a great person in your kitchen is also part of the experience. Thanks for making my night perfect.
