Erin has been providing beautiful music for weddings, cocktail hours, restaurants, airport welcomes, proposals, corporate events, church services, and private parties since 2012. In addition to solo violin, Erin enjoys sharing the stage with her brother on piano, guitar, or viola.

I found and booked Erin based on how beautiful she sounded and how easy she was to reach and speak to. Every step of the way communication was great. She understood the event, was early, ready, and performed so beautifully when the moment came. The day would not have been even close to special without her. She sounded amazing!! On the day of the event, Erin will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to her performance time. She can set up wherever there is adequate space for a chair (which the client or venue should provide), her music stand, and foot pedal (for turning pages on the iPad). She is also comfortable strolling and playing by memory if that is more appropriate for the event.
Erin Rushforth grew up with a violin under her chin and has performed under the baton of Henry Charles Smith, Neeme Jarvi, Larry Rachleff, Timothy Russell, and Clynn Barrus. Erin has provided music for weddings, cocktail hours, restaurants, airport welcomes, corporate events, church services, and private parties. In addition to solo violin, Erin often performs with her brother on piano, guitar, or viola.

For weddings, please provide Erin with a detailed list of the wedding party, including the entrance order, number of people (or pets) in the procession, etc. On the day of the event, she will need to know who or what to watch for the signal to transition from prelude music to processional music.
