Hi! I am Mark Demmin, The Vintage Voice of Chicagoland. I specialize in presenting the music of the American Songbook repertoire spanning the 1930’s to the mid 60’s as well as American Top 40 rock/pop hits from the 50’s to the mid 80’s with over 400 songs (and counting) in my repertoire. Simply put: “From the Rat Pack to the Brat Pack!” I am a trained baritone with a singular voice not imitating anyone in particular but a tone and style reminiscent of several male vocalists of old. I perform for a variety of events and settings such as Weddings, Corporate Events & Company Parties (Christmas) Private Parties, Business luncheons, community or Church fundraiser events, gospel/evangelistic events and most importantly, Nursing homes / Retirement communities and Senior daycare/memory services. I absolutely LOVE entertaining our senior citizens!!! The musical connections seen in the eyes and reactions of seniors with both clear and impaired memories is worth every minute I spend in their company.
