Upon confirming your reservation, you'll gain access to your personalized client suite, allowing you to meticulously plan every aspect of your wedding. Our wedding-specific forms are highly adaptable, ensuring you have complete control over customization. We'll conduct a final review with you approximately 3-7 days before your event to guarantee a shared understanding and eliminate any concerns on your special day.

Our arrival time on the event day is contingent on your venue's policies, varying between 1-4 hours prior to the scheduled start time, depending on your selected package. For the ceremony, we initiate prelude music 30 minutes before commencement, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Our aesthetically pleasing, wire-free ceremony sound system, powered independently, is ideal for beach weddings or remote locations without electricity. We utilize top-notch Shure microphones, ensuring crystal-clear audio for all attendees.

If your cocktail hour is separate from the reception, we provide a secondary pop-up sound system, ensuring seamless transitions. This means you'll enjoy three separate sound systems, all included in your wedding package. Our ceremony sound system is designed for up to 250 guests outdoors.

Indoors at the reception, you'll experience ambient lighting throughout the room with our wireless intelligent uplighting, perfectly coordinated with your chosen color palette. Our DJ booth boasts a clean and wire-free appearance, featuring the RCF Evox 12 sound system for most indoor receptions. Our intelligent dance lighting is great for large or smaller venues. These lights are programmed in advance, enhancing key moments during your reception.

We craft and design personalized monograms projected inside your venue, available in all white or various colors. Our discreet all-white projectors on Gravity stands seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The Salsa booth, an all-white photo booth, offers high-tech simplicity with features like instant prints, social media sharing, SMS text sharing, email, QR code, and airdrop capabilities.

For a unique touch, consider our dry ice dancing on the cloud SPFX. This involves placing the cloud machine discreetly, triggering the clouds wirelessly during your first dance. The dance floor is enveloped in a pure white cloud, never exceeding knee height, adding a magical ambiance to your song.

Your DJ takes charge of the timeline, MC duties, and announcements, collaborating closely with your day-of coordinator. If you lack a coordinator, we'll strive to assist in streamlining the event. We strongly recommend having a day-of coordinator for a smoother experience. Opting for our audio guest book telephone allows guests to record warm wishes, uploaded to a retro telephone device. For added flair, an all-white British phone booth prop is available.

We typically wrap up within 45 minutes to an hour after your event concludes. If your venue requires insurance listing, we can promptly provide our 2 million-dollar commercial liability insurance upon request.
