Yulonda Hurst Hill is a speaker, writer, certified life coach, and change agent whose work is rooted in the power of story, honest conversation, and what happens when life asks us to become someone new.

After a 33 year corporate career, Yulonda entered a new chapter of her own, bringing together decades of leadership experience with her work in writing, coaching, ministry, grief and loss, and personal development.

Her perspective is also shaped by lived experience. Widowhood, loss, major life transitions, reinvention, and unexpected change have given Yulonda more than subjects to speak about. They have given her something to say.

On stage, she combines storytelling, humor, warmth, candor, and practical insight to create conversations audiences can recognize themselves in. She speaks about reinvention, resilience, relationships, grief and life after loss, identity, purpose, navigating change, and finding the courage to move forward when life does not look the way you thought it would.

Yulonda is especially at home with women's groups, conferences, retreats, faith based organizations, community gatherings, and audiences navigating seasons of transition.

She believes people do not always need another motivational speech telling them to be strong. Sometimes they need language for what they are experiencing, permission to tell themselves the truth, and practical direction for what comes next.

That is what Yulonda brings into the room.

Her goal is not simply to inspire an audience for an hour. It is to make them laugh, make them think, make them feel, and leave them with something they can actually use after the applause is over.

My technical needs are simple and flexible.

For most speaking engagements, she requires:

• A quality wireless handheld or lavalier microphone appropriate for the size of the room

• A sound system that allows the audience to hear clearly

• Adequate stage or presentation lighting

• A comfortable speaking area with room to move and engage with the audience

For presentations requiring slides, video, or audio, access to the venue's audiovisual system and appropriate connections should be available.

A podium is not required.
