Client must provide access to locations, adequate lighting, and any necessary venue permissions. Drone services depend on safe weather and airspace conditions. For events and weddings, timelines should be provided in advance, and access to sound systems is preferred for optimal audio quality. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure bookings.
