Vanessa Melendez

Vanessa was prompt and early for the ceremony. Unfortunately the waves and wind were loud and she had to compete with the elements so it was hard to hear her sing and play the ukulele

I think Vanessa is a tremendously talented singer and guitarist. Unfortunately for our event (small, just 4 of us) I had selected an ocean side/beach venue. The waves were pretty loud and we could barely hear either the guitar or the vocals for pretty much the entire performance (~1.5 hours). Not sure what could have been done different to be more audible but maybe an amplifier/speaker would've helped. Otherwise, I think Vanessa would've been fabulous indoors.

Vanessa was wonderful!!!! She arrived at our beach wedding before we did. The songs she sang were beautiful. Her voice is sweet and pure. She was a beautiful addition to our ceremony. Malalo nui loa Vanessa! You made our ceremony so beautiful.
