Rachel was amazing! She worked with us and incorporated our preferences for short listing the cocktails for our party. Came on time, set everything up and was very prepared. She mixed some really good drinks - her old fashioned was amazing! She has such a sunny and pleasant personality and was very patient with the guests as she mixed their drinks. Before she left she made a batch so folks could top up their drinks. Would definitely book her if we have another party!

I really had high hopes for this bartender as communication before the event was great, but the bartender who was sent to the event was not who I was communicating with originally. She arrived 30 min late, did zero prep work, seemed stressed and didn’t really follow the plan that I had discussed with her manager. Multiple guests complained their drinks were weak and we barely made a dent in the alcohol that we provided, some of it was supposed to be used for specific cocktails that we put on our menu and it wasn’t even opened. I had to check in with her several times to find out what she needed or what was missing, there really wasn’t any communication day-of. Pretty disappointing!

As you mentioned, the bartender was late due to an unforeseen accident on the freeway, which she communicated with you, and even stayed 30 minutes late to ensure you received the full service. About
Hi! I’m Rachel. I was born & raised in Kansas City, Missouri (GO CHIEFSSSSSSS) and moved to Arizona in 2021. The desert definitely feels like home!
I went to college for journalism and began teaching with Teach For America in Kansas City. I believe in educational equity and that all children deserve an amazing education, and I am honored to now work for Roosevelt School District in the South Phoenix community. I recently graduated from ASU with my Masters in Educational Leadership (yay Sun Devils!).
When I became a teacher, I knew I wanted side hustle, and that’s how my bartending biz was born. Originally Two Chicks One Bar, turned Two Chicks Bartending, and now Valley Bartending here in the Valley of the Sun!
