Jill Pavlov is a comedian, speaker, and communication coach who helps people show up with more confidence, clarity, and personality, both online and in real life. With a background in stand-up comedy, improv, entertainment reporting, and copywriting, Jill blends humor, storytelling, and strategic communication to help entrepreneurs and professionals stop overthinking and start saying what they actually mean. She is the founder of Copy POP! and the creator of experiential workshops and coaching programs focused on communication, visibility, leadership presence, and authentic personal branding. Jill has trained at The Second City, performs regularly at Just the Funny in Miami, and won Season 10 of The Blox, an entrepreneurial reality TV competition. Known for her energetic, relatable style and “unscripted” approach, Jill helps audiences strengthen everything from social media messaging and on-camera confidence to real-time leadership and public speaking, combining practical strategy with improvisation techniques that help people think faster, communicate more clearly, and connect more authentically.

Every workshop is different because every room is different. I choose and adapt exercises based on the audience — whether we’re working on leadership, team communication, confidence, executive presence, content, or speaking — so the games are always fun, but the “why” behind them is very intentional.
My work is heavily influenced by Judi Holler and Improve It!, along with my own training in the traditions of The Second City and improv theater. I’m inspired by people who use humor, play, vulnerability, and experiential learning to make personal and professional development actually FUN.
I also draw inspiration from communicators like Brené Brown, who make big ideas feel deeply human and accessible. My goal is to bring that same combination of substance and personality to the stage: make people laugh, make them think, get them involved, and send them home with something they’ll actually use.
