Hello Stanley,
I've reached out via phone to address your concerns. I'm sorry to read that you feel so strongly about my performance. I'm also sorry that there seems to have been some miscommunication on both of our parts. To my recollection this is how the evening went.
I arrived before the requested time of 6:00pm. I set up in the corner of the room away from the band so my set up isn't interfering with them. You reiterated to me that you would like for me to work the room. You then mention to me that you would like for me to speak on the mic and play outside which neither one of those were mentioned prior to the event. After set up the photo booth vendor arrives later and then I have to move my set up although I originally asked where was I to go. Then at 7:05/7:10pm Liquid Pleasure stops playing/soundcheck to which I commence my set. They wave to me to stop at 7:45pm so they can commence their set. The room was too small for us to play at the same time. You then request for me to go outside in 30 degree weather to play. With the saxophone being a metal object it is not physically safe to play at certain temperatures. Colder temps yield to cold fingers and hands which make it physically impossible to play. I walk around and play to what LP is playing considering all my backing tracks and speaker is inside. It then gets too cold outside for me to continue holding the horn therefore I come inside for a break. You then request for me to go back outside and play, which I did that. Then I come back inside because as I explained to you outside, the horn is too cold. We spoke and you said the band would take a break at 9pm and then we would make announcements. I was located at my speaker at 8:45pm until 9:30pm which was the time I was to end. You used LP's microphone although my microphone to my speaker was ready as you requested.
I engaged with all who approached me but was in no fashion flirting.
