Once reserving a date with us, we provide a contract and a retainer that protect both You (the client) and Us (the service provider)! Signing this secures your date and guarantees your session, your products, and everything that goes into this!
We will then send you location guides, styling guides, posing guides, and more to help you prepare for your big day or for your special session with us! If you are a wedding client, we schedule several consultation calls to make sure we are on track and planning a great Pre-Ceremony + Post-Ceremony Timeline with you.
We require that all payments are paid IN FULL the day-of the sessions.
After the session, you an expect to receive your online digital gallery no less than 4-8 weeks (depending on gallery size). We provide a sneak preview a few days proceeding the session.
The full gallery is delivered through Pixiset and is yours to download at the highest quality for free! We will leave your gallery available online for 3 months and then will remove it and reserve it on a long-term storage unit to save storage space.
If you need to access this gallery at a later time after the gallery is removed, there will be an additional recovery fee if that is needed.
