The arrival time was 5 minutes late and the start time delayed further because of the set up time for 15 min. Overall great experience and it was very entertaining for small kids. Thank you 🙏

The face painter did the exact design that the kids chose and everyone was happy with their funny faces! Next time I would combine the face painter and the balloon twister .

I booked this company about 5 weeks in advance from 12:30-2pm .The day before CiCi called and said she had to change the time from 12-1:30 because they had a tight schdule that day. She didnt five me the options she just said they were now coming for 12pm. I was a little annoyed .My party started at 12pm and i wanted to give everyone 30mins to arrive then begin the entertainment. Most of the time people are late to arrive for childrens parties. I was concerned they would not have enough time to paint 11 faces. In the end it all worked out and the kids were happy. But I just thought it was inconsiderate to change the start time. People are particular about how they want their party day to unfold.

Kids are happy and everyone has a good time. That's the most important to us.
As you agreed as our phone conversation, you were agreed we could start 15 minutes early and leave 15 minutes early as originally scheduled. To make up the schedule change, we offered you two staff with total 3 hours instead of your 1.5 hours one staff booking. I'm very disappointed you didn't give us a fair review.
We arrived at 12pm for setup. We started at 12:15pm and finished at 1:45pm.
They were fantastic to work with for our grand opening event. The kids loved it but I think the staff loved it more.

We booked Cici last minute for our party and appreciated that she made herself available. She arrived early and twisted balloons patiently and with enthusiasm for 2 hours! The kids loved her creations. I highly recommend this artist!
