As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, National Director of The Fatherless Daughters, Owner Strandz Hair Studio, Strandz on Grand and the TSFairley Hair Restoration center, wife and mother of 3, I am proof you can move beyond your situation, your circumstances and write your own story.

Once upon a time in my life, I experienced what it was like to live with a family not my own. That is the story of a foster child. There was also a time in my life when I was abused emotionally and physically. But you know what? That’s not how my story ends.

What I realize is even though these are facts about my life, they are not my life’s story. One chapter doesn’t make the whole story. When I came to understand this, I picked up my pen and kept writing. I decided that the conflicts of my life would be commas, not periods. I value the lessons life is teaching me, even the hard ones. These lessons and life experiences have been stepping stones into the future Tonya you see today: An owner of 3 businesses, co-author of 3 books. doing it afraid with a smile on my face!

For years I have been able to share my journey through various avenues. As a Corporate Trainer for 16 years for a major finance company I developed leadership programs that started with working on personal development in order to benefit from the end result. Believing I had more to offer I followed my dreams and started my own business. Through this I have been changing and transforming lives one person at a time.
