He has over 20 years of experience in business, technology and social innovation. Through those 20 years he has constantly led disruptive change initiatives. From the hardware to Software transformation in the early 2000's , to the move from manual processes to automated digitalization - Rad has always been on the front lines of disruptive change in both good and challenging times.

As Chief Innovation Officer of Unifai Solutions Inc., he specializes in innovations such as AI and Data Analytics to solve an array business sand societal challenges. These challenges include revenue growth, improved data access and diversity. His experience spans across North America, Southeast Asia, Africa and the EU.

Radcliffe has worked with companies such as Zurich, Cisco, Canada Post and IBM. Under his leadership, He has also led numerous business development & social responsibility initiatives as focused on the Future of Work, Diversity & Inclusion and Youth Unemployment.
Radcliffe has an Honours Business Degree and a Certificate in Strategic Alliances from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has been featured on TVO The Agenda, (link hidden), CBC and The Toronto Star.
