IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU!
Your session/event is all about you and your family from beginning to end. My goal is to always provide top quality customer service along with excellent memories that will last you a lifetime!

Here's what is included with each session:

YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

This consultation is where we discuss what you would like for your session. Whether a family session, event or any other type of photographs, we will go through exactly what you desire including ideas, wardrobe, indoor or outdoor sessions. Once we get all the details worked out, you will be required to complete and sign our Session Contract with all the pertinent details. Don't worry though, these contracts are designed to protect both parties from any misunderstandings and ensures you receive the top quality service you deserve.

Once you sign the contract a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your space. Please note that we do not book more than 1 session in a day therefor the part of the day that is booked is yours and yours alone. This means while we can reschedule your date up to two times we can not refund you your deposit once the contract is signed and we will not hold a space for more that 48 hours once you have made the decision to book with us. Once you have rescheduled a second time and fail cancel, we have the right to cancel your session and you will forfeit your deposit.

THE SECONDARY FOLLOW UP

Once we have set up your session date, I will contact you one week prior to your actual session to confirm we are still good to go. We will discuss things such as the weather for the date of your session, the location you would like your session to take place, the overall feel you would like for your session and any special types of poses or images you may want during your session.

SESSION DAY

Yay! We love taking photographs, so today is the fun day. As I mentioned you are the only clients for that day which means I will be devoted to you and your session. Generally speaking most shoots last 1-2 Hours, but I do not rush the flow of the session especially with little ones who may not always be co-perative. We will photograph you and your family in different poses in different areas of the location we are at. You can in fact add a secondary location for an additional fee if you wish. We take on a very relaxed and fun way of shooting which means you get everything from traditional poses to non-traditional to fill out your collections of images.

On session Day before we get started you will be required to pay the remaining balance of your session. Once the session is complete, within 24 hours you will receive a sneak peak of a few different images which will be web sized and watermarked to share on your social media. The remaining of your images will be completed within 2-3 weeks of your session date.

REVEAL DAY

We love reveal day! This is my most nerve racking day because I love being able to see your expression on how I have captured your family and if you like your photos or not. This is my nail biter day! lol

Once your photos have been edited, I will arrange a day with you that is convenient and we will go over your images and options. While your photo packages include images, I definitely always advise printing and framing. Photos are meant to be shared and seen, especially good ones, so lets show them off!

YOUR ORDER

Depending on the order your place it may take up to 6 weeks to receive your final product. We have several types of products for your convenience, that are not like the regular prints you see. They are high quality and affordable all at the same time. To see a list of what we offer click here.

THE FINAL FOLLOW UP

Once you have received your order, we follow up with you and ask how you are enjoying your new photos and products. At this time we may request a testimonial on our service to add to our website.

I have always had a passion for capturing moments on film. With more than 20 years of experience, I have the skill and trained eye to make your project come to life.

To get to know me all you have to do is look at my photos. They are interesting, fun and bright. I'm certainly not into boring but I am into capturing the photos that I know you will place on your walls to admire every day.

Of course like many before me, my passion for photography started in high school. I couldn't afford a big fancy camera then so a basic point and shoot and some regular film was all I needed to get the job done.

By the time I had my second son, my husband pointed out that I needed to upgrade my photography equipment. He saw that I was passionate about amazing photos and excited every time I recalled a memory from a photo that I had taken. So with a little loan from the bank of hubby, I updated my camera and built a studio!

My first step was getting to learn digital on a DSLR. Sure I could set up a photo and make it look nice, but all these new lens' and all this technical jargon... egads! So yes, if I was going to do this, then I was going to do it right. Which led me to my mentor and now my associate. I took private lessons, studied online and practiced, practiced, practiced.

The best part is all my hard work and good intentions paid off not only earning me a living but also meeting some new and amazing clients as well as earning me a faculty spot with Sheridan College in the Digital Arts Department where I have now been teaching photography for over two years. Who would have thunk it! I should really thank my husband for all the encouragement :)

Now owning my own professional photography business is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. Not only do I get to create my own hours making it easy for me to still raise my kids, but it allows me to encourage other young women to never forget the their dreams and that anything is possible if you work for it. At the end of my day though its about making my clients and my family happy and encouraging budding young people to follow their dreams no matter how distant they may seem.

What you should know about me:

-I use both a Mac and a PC and yes my left and right brain get along just fine together ;)
-Laughing increases your face value.
-I absolutely love my husband, my kids and my Golden Retriever. They are my light.
-If I had to choose between ice cream and my hubby, someday's without a doubt it would be ice cream
-I never sweat emergencies because there is always a resolution...for everything else there is duct tape
-I never make a promise I can't keep and I never say anything I wont back up. My word is my gold!
-I was taught old school, so manners are definitely important along with excellent customer service.
-She who never took a chance, never had a chance at all!
