Tribute to Journey Odyssey Road

Wow. I couldn't wait to write a review for such an outstanding Tribute Band as ODYSSEY ROAD. Our evening started out in Leesburg, VA where Odyssey Road was headlinIng an outdoor concert. The turnout was very strong and the place was packed with hard core Journey fans. From the moment Odyssey Road hit the stage the energy was pumping and out came the hit song "Any Way You Want It" with the most dead on vocals ever this side of Steve Perry. The lead singer for this group has an astounding vocal range and the group's harmonies could not have been more on point. The audience was enthralled throughout the show as we danced and sang along to all our favorite Journey songs that we know and love. The band covered a wide range of songs from the Journey catalog, from the early years to the most recent with such precision. I honestly felt I was hearing Journey themselves - it was just surreal! The group interaction between the band members kept it fresh and lively. Their energy really kept the crowd going - so much so that the audience wanted an encore of even more songs and by the end of the evening they were ALL up dancing and rushing the stage area - and this is after the band played 2 hours straight! Odyssey Road gives you EXACTLY what you come for to hear and more! They are not only gifted musicians but they delivered an amazing tribute to Journey far beyond my wildest expectations!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND A FINER JOURNEY TRIBUTE BAND THAN ODYSSEY ROAD! I will definitey be seeing them again in concert!

We attended the concert on June 9 at Tarara Winery and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The guys gave us a good 2 1/2 hours of entertainment and it was a great way to spend an evening listening to the best Journey music since, well--since Journey! And I got pranked by Bubba who introduced himself to me as the driver!

Odyssey Road--thanks for coming to the Big Sky State of Montana and putting on a fantastic show at the Washoe Theatre--lot of great words about your show from the crowd--hope to get you guys back out this way--hopy you enjoyed yourself--The Anaconda Rotary Club.

Odyssey Road was a great tribute to the music of Journey. Their arrangements are as tight as you could expect from a tribute band, and they offer the added bonus of playing deep album cuts the real Journey hasn't played live in a long time, if ever. Definitely recommended!!

Had the pleasure of hearing Odyssey Road at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Welington on March 24. If I closed my eyes, I heard Journey, it took me back to my first Journey concert back in the day. This band is the best of the best and truly captures the essence that is Journey. Love Bobby G, Bubba, Mike, Pauly and Deen. Best of luck on the upcoming tour. Hugs.
