Fred Russo is a doctor of acupuncture and oriental medicine and graduated from Bastyr University. He has been practicing acupuncture and Asian medicine for 14 years. His specialty is helping cancer survivors improve their energy when they can barely get out of bed using Asian medicine. Classes include:

Food therapy to improve the immune system.
Acupressure and Self Massage
for pain, depression, and to enhance energy.
Mindful practices that include gentle breathing, meditation, yoga and Chinese yoga.
