Transformation Talk - Team Development

1-1.30 hours of engaging conversation and transformation. Teams will be able to learn from simple stories and answer questions to real life questions. By the end of it all, there will be revelation to each members own purpose in their roles in the company and a renewed spirit in the group. Nothing is more beneficial for a company than happy employees/partners who are not just working their job, but fulfilling their purpose in their own lives and the company's expansion. The result following this talk will positively change the company dramatically :)

Born and raised in South Africa, Nissi found her passion for entrepreneurship during college. As her business grew rapidly, she decided to drop out of college to focus on her business. She then started a provincial-wide music education business for child care facilities, teaching children mindfulness and music.

Nissi later transitioned into luxury event DJing, where she felt most alive while playing music that shifted corporate party atmospheres from awkward get-togethers to memorable events. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nissi continued to perform in her industry despite having two children.

Recently, Nissi became the CEO of her own retail company, but her passion for mentoring women led her to group coaching sessions. She discovered that she needed to expand her limited group or one-on-one sessions to a business team-building model. Her goal is to help individuals see the purpose in their seemingly mundane life and to shift their perspective towards a purpose-filled life.

Nissi's heart is to see people not just content, but living in joy in any and every stage of life. She has learned this from personal experiences of success and failure, having much and having little, and from being a busy mom to a single, unmarried woman. Nissi wants to share the secret to fulfillment and joy with the corporate world.

Nissi requires the info on the setting where she will be speaking and will need to be informed if speaker & a mic are needed. This can be provided at an extra cost, but will help with event planning.
