We hired Toddy for Body for a corporate event with about 300 attendees and they absolutely delivered! The team handled the crowd effortlessly and kept the drinks flowing all night without long wait times.
The bartenders were professional, personable, and clearly experienced with large events. The cocktails were fantastic and the setup looked great with our event décor.
Planning an event of any size can be stressful, but Toddy for Body made the bar portion completely seamless. Highly recommend for corporate events, weddings, or any large celebration.

For indoor events, access to power and/or water may be helpful depending on setup. • For events with over 75 guests or cocktail-heavy menus, additional bartenders may be recommended to ensure smooth service. • Setup time: Approximately 60–90 minutes prior to event start. • Breakdown time: 30–45 minutes after service ends. • Travel fees may apply for events outside of Austin city limits. • We practice responsible alcohol service and reserve the right to refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests for safety.
