Our booths are intuitive and fast to use, keeping lines moving and energy high while still producing high-end photos, prints, or digital content guests are excited to keep and share.

Clients receive a fully managed experience from start to finish. We handle setup, operation, guest assistance, and breakdown, so planners and hosts can focus on the event itself. Customization is a core part of what we offer, including branded or personalized photo layouts, prints, screens, backdrops, and digital sharing options to match the look and purpose of the event.

Guests can expect flattering lighting, high-quality images, and friendly on-site attendants who help guide posing and ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, gala, or private celebration, the booth feels intentional, well integrated, and professionally executed.

Revolve Event Services is a premium photo booth and event experience company based in Toronto, specializing in weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations.

Founded with a focus on quality and guest experience, we’ve now serviced over 300 events, working with couples, planners, and brands who care about how their event looks and how guests interact with it. Our approach goes beyond simply setting up a booth, every experience is thoughtfully designed to feel polished, seamless, and on brand.

We offer a range of modern photo booth experiences, from classic print booths to glam-style portraits, magazine-style setups, AI-powered photo experiences, and fully custom activations. Every detail can be tailored, including overlays, prints, screens, backdrops, and digital delivery, ensuring the booth fits naturally into the event rather than feeling like an add-on.

Our photo booth setups are designed to be flexible and work well in a wide range of venues, from private homes to ballrooms and corporate spaces.

Space Requirements
Most setups require approximately 8 ft x 8 ft of open space, with a standard ceiling height. Some premium or custom experiences may require additional room, which will be confirmed in advance during planning.

Power
One standard 120V electrical outlet within 15–20 feet of the setup area is required. We bring all necessary extension cords.

Lighting
All professional lighting is provided by us. No additional venue lighting is required in the booth area.

Internet
Wi-Fi is not required for the booth to operate, we use our own internet connection.

Load-In / Load-Out
We require reasonable access to the event space for load-in and load-out, including elevators for multi-level venues when available. Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on the experience booked.

Environment
Indoor setups are preferred. Outdoor events can be accommodated if the area is fully covered, protected from wind and moisture, and has stable power access.

Audio
No sound system or microphone is required for our service.

We’re happy to coordinate with planners and venues in advance to ensure a smooth setup and seamless integration into the event flow.
