Toni Sandridge | Echelon Events Group
Overview
Polished. Prepared. Engaging. I’m a corporate event host, emcee, moderator, and executive facilitator who helps conferences, awards programs, galas, leadership events, panels, and fireside chats run smoothly from first welcome to final close. My background spans senior business leadership, large-scale live events, and on-camera media, including Le Dîner en Blanc Baltimore and several media appearances. I learn your audience, speakers, objectives, and run of show before I take the stage—so I can manage timing, transitions, energy, and last-minute changes with warmth, confidence, and calm control. I make the room worth being in.

What to expect
Expect a host who is prepared before she ever picks up the microphone.
I work with your team in advance to understand the audience, objectives, speakers, honorees, key messages, and run of show. On event day, I bring a polished, warm, and engaging presence while keeping the program moving and the audience connected.
Clients can expect thorough preparation, accurate introductions and pronunciations, smooth transitions, professional time management, natural audience engagement, and calm adaptation when plans change.
My role is not to become the focus of your event. My role is to improve the experience of your speakers, honorees, organization, and audience.
About
Toni Sandridge is a corporate event host, emcee, moderator, and executive facilitator who combines business leadership, live-event experience, and media presence to create polished, engaging programs.
Her background includes senior business development and customer leadership, large-scale event hosting and production, including several television appearances and serving as a host and producer of large events.
Toni is equally comfortable welcoming a large audience, guiding an awards program, moderating a panel or fireside chat, interviewing executives, and navigating the unexpected moments that come with live events.
Through Echelon Events Group, she works with corporate, association, nonprofit, and agency clients. Her approach is rooted in preparation: understanding the audience, speakers, objectives, and run of show before stepping on stage.
Her goal is simple: make the room worth being in.
Additional booking notes
To prepare properly, I request the working or final run of show, speaker and honoree names and titles, pronunciation notes, key organizational messages, and any scripted remarks in advance.
For panels, fireside chats, or executive interviews, please also provide speaker bios and relevant background material.
Please identify an on-site event or production contact for final coordination. If the program includes accessibility, communication, cultural, or audience-engagement considerations, I welcome those details during advance preparation.

Influences and inspiration
My hosting style is influenced by accomplished broadcasters, interviewers, executive facilitators, and event hosts who combine preparation, warmth, curiosity, and command of the room. I’m especially drawn to hosts who can guide a program confidently without making themselves the center of it—creating space for speakers, honorees, and audiences to shine. My business leadership, media experience, global travel, and live-event work also shape how I connect with different audiences and adapt in real time.
Setup requirements
A professional sound system appropriate for the room and audience size, with a wireless handheld or lavalier microphone. I request a brief sound check prior to the program and access to the final run of show.
For panels or interviews, microphones should be available for all participants. A clearly designated speaking area with adequate lighting is appreciated.
