Toni Martin

1- I asked for a place list of music that was promised two weeks before the event, but delivered one week prior, and included 2-3 songs out of 9. I provided a play list to fill in the missing songs and asked would these be ok. I was assured that they would. Other songs that were not on the playlist were performed, which I never heard the songs before. Several of the songs on the playlist were played but not sung. I paid for live entertainment. This was the biggest disappointment.
2- The songs I selected are very well known songs. However, if Toni didn't know them, she should have advised. The few songs that were sung were performed while reading the words from a phone or computer.
3- Her tardiness was unprofessional. I provided the event's location and address a month before the event. To arrive late and advise that she went to a different venue was very disappointing, but she was able to set up and start within 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
I did love the fact that she was very pleasant, she dressed appropriately, and she checked in regularly prior to the event. I think she has great potential, just needs to polish up the professionalism and she would be GREAT.
