Tone Poets are a Toronto based, lo-fi music group known for artfully evocative takes on song genres from Classic Pop R&B, artistically rendered sultry Ballads, to Latin flavoured Soul.
Comprised of percussion, bass, two guitars and vocalist, each member is noted for their considerable experience, across a range of styles, both here and abroad.
Boasting a double Juno award winning bass player, noted jazz/latin percussionist and veteran guitars and vocals, Tone Poets' music combines propulsive rhythmic figures with restrained, tasteful melodies. You'll want to dance. You'll love to listen.
