My show is a clean professional entertainment show that entertains all ages. My music covers , 90's country, yesterdays favorites, todays popular country covers as well as originals that I have recorded in Nashville.
Tommy Woods’ single, “523”, written by Nashville songwriter, Phillip David Harris, is written from a personal experience.
Born and raised in Ruckersville VA, Tommy’s musical seeds of faith and family were planted in rich, melodious soil, for a bountiful crop of country music. Tommy has recorded 7 studio albums. His latest album, 523, has been nominated for Album of the Year at The 2023 Josie Music Awards where he is also nominated for Male Vocalist of the Year. Tommy recorded the new album with top tier Nashville musicians including guitarist Bobby McKee (Craig Morgan, Tanya Tucker), bassist, Robby Meadows (Ben "Cooter" Jones), steel guitarist, Rusty Danmyer (Alan Jackson), drummer, Garth Justice (Reba McEntire), and background singer, Kelly Schoenfeld.
Tommy’s music is full of lyrical twists mixed with thoroughbred twang. He has performed hundreds of shows on the east coast and Midwest sharing the stage with many National acts. His biggest influences come from Haggard and Jones to Daryle Singletary. Tommy’s fans regard him as a Balladeer and Certified Down-home Country Singer. Tommy is married with 3 children. His family farm produces and supplies hay for local residents in his community.
