Todd Jay has performed in comedy clubs and theaters nationwide with his improvisational comedy act. Todd started out in theater but quickly realized that he had to share the stage with other actors and couldn't always go for the laugh. This lead him to stand up comedy where he shines in a solo stand up show that has played everywhere from bowling alleys to churches. Todd has a background in improvisation including studying with Chicago's Second City and Minneapolis' Brave New Workshop. From this he has learned how to tailor his material to suite any audience.
Todd has been described as "a passionate comedian who can deliver some of the best act out funny punchlines" and his act contains "a cornucopia of characters and comedy". He is also vivacious.
His most popular act out bit lead to the creation of "Myrtle" who can break the ice at any event. A feisty senior from the midwest Myrtle takes on everything from current events to fashion advice for audience members.
