T.O. Bar Co. is fully self-contained. We bring all equipment including bar setup, ice wells, coolers, glassware, mixers, and tools. We do not require a venue bar, though we can work with one if available.
We we do need from the venue or client:
• Access to a power outlet if espresso or coffee service is selected
• Advance notice of any stairs, elevators, or loading dock requirements (a small fee applies)
• Confirmation of whether the event is indoors or outdoors (a tent is required for unshaded outdoor setups)
• A valid Special Occasion Permit (SOP) for the event, which we can assist with
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. Final guest count and event details are confirmed closer to the event date.
