Tinseltone Carolers KC

Congrats on choosing the Premier Carolers in KC - The Tinseltones! We work with each client individually to execute their specific vision for each event!

There are a few standards with the Tinseltones, so let's break that down:

Once you've accepted our quote, you'll fill out our Booking Info Form where you can lock in your choice of style for quartet, nail down details, and document any special requests or questions pertaining to your event.

The standard group comes as a quartet (4 singers). If you prefer more carolers, we're happy to book additional Carolers as well. We work directly with you to achieve YOUR vision for the event.

The carolers will arrive at least 15 mins prior to the event time and will be well-versed on any details we have discussed ahead of time, so you can relax and enjoy your event! Within your booked quartet, you will have a Quartet Manager who will be in contact with you before the event and who can convey any last min changes/requests to the team.
Perhaps you’re unsure how to utilize your Carolers. Perhaps you know exactly what you want. Either way we are confident we can help make your event magical, musical, and memorable.

Tipping the carolers is always appreciated but 100% optional. It can be added to your invoice, handed to the Quartet Manager on site, or you can reach out and we can accept Venmo to be divided amongst the Carolers who were on your event! We try to make this as simple for you as possible.

Now, please sit back, relax, and ENJOY the very special event you’ve created with the Tinseltones (that your guests just won’t stop raving about!)
Well done:)
