May 8, 2023Arrived an hour late, but were great once they arrived.
They were great once they arrived, but the arrived late. Our event started at 8:00 pm and they did not arrive until 8:00 pm. The photobooth was not ready until almost 9:00 pm. They did apologize as they said they did not realized how long it would take for them to drive to our venue, and they will be crediting me back some money, but but this was very disappointing. It is not hard to look at Apple Maps or Google Maps to figure out how long the drive will take to make sure you arrive on time.

Everyone had a blast with the photo booth! I'm so glad I booked them as well in addition to other entertainment in our party. They had so many props!
The only thing, I wish the photo strip print out are a little bigger, my 80+ dad can't hardly see them ha ha. But my daughter had a great laugh looking back at it with their provided Memory Book right after the party!
