Hashtag Booth
This is perfect if you have an event or wedding hashtag. Just post to Instagram or Twitter with your event hashtag and your photo prints out in seconds.
"O" Booth
Your guests can create Still photos, GIFs and Boomerangs. Guests will have the option to choose from an assortment of filter and digital props. "O" Booth clients will receive access to an online dashboard, clients will be able to view the "O" Booth's event activity, download photos and receive a special URL to use to display photos taken at the "O" Booth in real-time.
We are so glad we booked Tic-Tac-Tag for our daughter's wedding! It added a very positive energy and additional element of fun. People really got into taking pictures and hashtag-posting them, and then getting the instant gratification of having the photo print out right there! Jason and his assistant were very helpful to people who had a hard time with the technology or with posting, and printed out extra pictures for anyone who wanted extras. Jason was great to work with on the creative part, leading up to the wedding. He created a template for us that matched our colors and theme perfectly. A week after the wedding we received a zip with all the pictures. Wonderful shots and video clips from not only the wedding and reception, but from the entire weekend!

Typically, one month before your event we will get in contact with your planner and you and start the process of putting together logistics for your event. At this time as well, we will ask to gather information about your event theme—this is because we will begin the process of designing your templates and overlays for our activation.

Hashtag Booth Activation

On the day-of we come and set up an hour before our activation, at this time we will also begin to download, print and display the photos that already exist on the hashtag from Instagram and prepare them for your guests to view when seeing our activation for the first time—this is a real great way to get them excited about our activation.
If you asked for our Social Photographers, they will begin to roam your event and start posting photos to your event hashtag—this will range from detailed shots to candid shots. They will also begin to take photos for guests that don't have Instagram or Twitter. Their goal for the whole evening will be to create a nice overall story on your event hashtag.
Throughout the evening, as the photos print out our attendant will display and organize the photos on tables as well as out wired frame display. Attendants will also help instruct guests that want to learn about our process as well as take photos for those that don't have Instagram or Twitter.
With our Hashtag Booth activation your guests can expect to receive a high quality 4x6 photo of their Instagram or Twitter post when mentioning the event's hashtag seconds after posting.
Our technology quickly aggregates Instagram and Twitter to find all the images that have been posted with the event hashtag and print them on the spot in real-time.

"O" Booth Activation

We once again arrive one (1) hour before our activation, setup the "O" Booth and backdrop (optional) within the venue. We will also setup our wireless printer (optional) at this time. When guests arrive our attendant will simply assist your guests, if needed, in navigating through the options of the "O" Booth.
Our attendant will organize and display the photos as they print out for your guests to retrieve. Simple.
Our "O" Booth service includes:

- creative design of your photo template and overlay
- setup and breakdown
- step-and-repeat backdrop (optional)

At breakdown, we usually allocate 30-min after our activation is complete to tear-down and clean up. If there are photos that haven't been picked up we will either organize them on the table or hand them off to our event contact.
With our background of digital marketing and advertising, Jason and Jessica have put together a service that utilizes their main strengths—social media and design.
Tic-Tac-Tag has allowed Jason to freely design unique templates for events from signages to photo templates as well as selfie station props. While at the same time Jessica has the ability to hone in on her social media expertise and ensure that guests know how to effectively utilize our service.
We just require a power source. If there is a dedicated wifi service that we could connect to that would be great as well, if not, we bring our own hotspot.
