Thieves of Sunrise will make you a witness not just a fan. The band has a clear-cut, southern
style,that shows up and comes out kickin with, a braided mix of, sharp smack down sound.
You will hear grooves of hittin it hard and throwin it down 60s/70s classic rock, with a southern soul,
spirited slap and its all simmering, with a melted blues undercurrent. Their goal is to create, unique
arrangements and lyrics filled with passion and purpose, all of which travel the trails of, uninhibited inspiration
and honest creativity from each diverse band member. The Thieves of SunRise, are a group that, started from humble beginnings.
The band was originally formed in 2010 by, singer/song writer, Matthew Marcus McDaniel. His vision, was not only to produce,
soul moving music, but to use that music to span out and touch people's lives, who are in need and with
various charity endeavors, he and the Thieves of Sunrise have done just that.
The band's musical influences are, an admirable blend of, The Black Crows, Ben Harper,
Led Zeppelin, Sly and the Family Stone and Ryan Bingham. The important points here with,
The Thieves of Sunrise, are to spread the word out everywhere...Peace and love do exist
and it lives in the music. To all of our, future witnesses' out there, the goal is simple.
The Thieves of Sunrise wants to create, can you dig it' music, for good people and good times.
We want to put on, a bone shakin, soul rattlin show and we want to use our talents,
when called on to do so, to make a difference in someone's life.

We always prefer the venue provide sound and an engineer but it is not at all necessary, we can provide our own PA indoor and outdoor up to 1800 people. We also can provide our own small lighting production. We ask only that the power is up to par for live music and if all possible the stage be wired up with outlets. The less cables the better. We also prefer whether the venue provides sound or not that there is a drum riser and the stage (or staging area) be big enough for 5 guys and gear to move around and put on a great show. Preferably minimum of 15 ft in width and 8ft deep.
