To ensure a smooth experience and the best quality for your event, please note the following setup needs for Thee 360 Photo Booth:

📍 Space Requirements:
A minimum of 10' x 10' of level floor space with at least 8 feet of ceiling clearance is required for our standard photo booth setups.

🔌 Power Access:
We require access to a standard 110V outlet (3-prong) within 15 feet of the booth location. The outlet must be on a reliable circuit free of other high-power devices.

🚗 Parking & Load-in:
Parking must be provided for our team within a reasonable distance to the setup area. If paid parking or valet service is required, this cost must be covered by the client. Please note: Booth setup may be delayed if suitable parking is not available.

⛅ Outdoor Events:
For outdoor setups, we must be on a dry, flat, and stable surface, fully protected from wind, direct sunlight, and rain. If the weather becomes unsafe and alternative cover isn’t available, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue service to protect our equipment and team.

⏱️ Timing:
We require at least 60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. Please ensure we have access to the venue at least an hour before your event begins.
