About

Joselyn M. Carvalho is a mental health professional, expressive arts consultant, and dynamic speaker who blends clinical expertise with creativity to inspire, educate, and engage audiences. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and is a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Boston University.

Joselyn designs and facilitates interactive workshops, keynotes, and community programs that use storytelling, visual arts, poetry, and movement to foster connection, reflection, and emotional healing. She has worked with hospitals, schools, museums, and nonprofits in Boston, Cambridge, and Brockton, and has presented on mental health, expressive therapies, and culturally responsive care at national and international conferences.

As the founder of The Wellness Portfolio, Joselyn provides expressive arts resources, seasonal toolkits, and workshops tailored to youth, educators, wellness seekers, and organizations.
