About

Belinda Allen is a seasoned healthcare professional and advocate for workplace wellness. With a foundation laid at the esteemed Yale Program in Connecticut, Belinda embarked on a journey dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes and promoting holistic well-being.

Throughout her career, Belinda has garnered extensive experience across various hospitals in Maryland and the Washington, D.C. region, including esteemed healthcare organizations such as Mestar, Adventist, and Kaiser Permanente. As a traveling surgical nurse, she honed her skills in patient care and surgical precision, always mindful of the importance of addressing both physical and mental health needs.

It was during her time in the operating room that Belinda experienced firsthand the toll that demanding schedules and high-pressure environments can take on one's well-being. This realization prompted her to reassess her approach and place a greater emphasis on self-care and balance.

Now serving as the CEO of T2FH, Belinda leads a dedicated team committed to transforming workplace wellness with a holistic approach. T2FH cultivates well-being spaces where clients feel safe and supported, actively working to destigmatize mental health and promote overall wellness. Belinda's mission is crystal clear: to provide accessible and engaging well-being solutions, with a strong emphasis on mental well-being, fostering thriving environments both personally and professionally.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Belinda is passionate about community engagement and advocacy. She actively volunteers her time to support initiatives aimed at improving access to healthcare and promoting well-being for all. Through her work and advocacy, Belinda continues to inspire positive change and empower individuals and organizations to prioritize their health and well-being.
