- Vocalist for wedding ceremony
- Provides phone consultation to discuss music needs and fit to make your day right
- Bride, Event Planner, Musician or other designated party should provide audio of song(s) by 2 weeks or more of ceremony. If sound tracks will be used, must also be provided by two weeks of ceremony
- Venue or client must provide a musician or audio tracks, although willing to help acquire musician and/or recording as necessary
- Venue, musician or client must provide equipment, including microphone and amplification
- Requires a meeting, rehearsal or conversation with musician at least 2 weeks prior to ceremony to ensure your day goes right
- Requires a conversation with sound technician in advance of ceremony
- Reserves right of opportunity for sound check in advance of ceremony
- Wedding rehearsal attendance may be additional sitting fee
- May be additional fees depending on distance and/or traveling terrain and conditions
- 50% of total fee due at least 2 weeks before event
- Balance due day of the event
