We work with each of our clients personally to meet your vision for your event!
But there are a few things that are pretty standard with the Tinseltones, so let's break that down:
Once you've accepted our quote, you'll fill out our Booking Info Form where you can lock in you're choice of style for quartet, and fill in any info we may still need to get everything locked in for your event.
The standard group comes as a quartet (4 singers). To get our signature Tinseltones sound- that modern pop acapella Caroling vibe- we recommend adding on the options Vocal Percussionist (based on availability). If you prefer more carolers, we're happy to book additional Carolers as well. We work directly with you to achieve YOUR vision for the event.
The carolers will arrive at least 15 mins prior to the event time and will be well versed on any details we have discussed ahead of time taking all the guess work out of it! You will have a Quartet Manager that will be in contact with you for any last min needs as well and that can convey any last min changes to the team. We are more than happy to help guide you on Caroler placement or fun ways to utilize the Carolers. We've been doing this awhile and we love to share our success stories with you!
If you are paying the remaining balance in check or cash on the event day, the Quartet Manager will arrange to receive that from you, otherwise it will have already prompted you to do so by credit card the morning of.
Tipping the carolers is always appreciated, but 100% optional. It can be added to your invoice, handed to the Quartet Manager on site, or you can reach out and we can accept Venmo to be divided amongst the Carolers that were on your event! We try to make things as breezy as possible.

We don't require amplification or other equipment, however our singers are trained on microphones and can pivot to amplification if needed. However, we do offer portable amplification if needed on a case by case basis.
