About
Roger Minton is The Timeless Hypnotist—a comedy stage hypnotist and mentalist bringing clean, high-energy entertainment to events across Michigan’s lower peninsula. With a background in magic and years of live performance experience, Roger blends audience participation, big laughs, and “how is that possible?” moments into a show that’s safe, upbeat, and unforgettable.
Whether it’s a school event, corporate party, festival, fundraiser, or private celebration, Roger’s goal is simple: make your guests the stars and create memories people talk about long after the lights go down. Expect a polished, family-friendly experience, professional communication, and a crowd that leaves smiling.
Additional booking notes
T o deliver the best possible show, the venue will need to provide:
Performance area: A clear, well-lit space at least 12' wide x 10' deep (more is always better), with a safe path for volunteers to enter/exit.
Seating: 10–20 sturdy, armless chairs for on-stage volunteers (no rolling chairs, stools, or folding chairs that feel unstable).
Sound: A quality PA system suitable for the room, with an available XLR or 1/4" input. If your venue has in-house audio, an operator is appreciated.
Microphone: One wireless handheld microphone (preferred) or a reliable wireless headset/lavalier.
Music playback: A way to connect a phone/tablet for music cues (1/8" aux or Bluetooth), or an open channel on the mixer for my device.
Power: One grounded outlet within 10–15 feet of the performance area.
Audience setup: Best results with the audience seated facing the stage, with minimal side traffic and a quiet backstage/side area for volunteer staging.
Arrival / load-in: Access to the room 60–90 minutes before showtime for setup and sound check.
