The street corner approach

Expect a very real and impactful approach to a very common topic (Communication). I will, using humor, as well as visual and audio material, get people to be more aware of what they sound like and look like when they are interacting with people. With this self-awareness, the audience will take steps to be a more efficient communicators which will save company's the cost of poor communication.

Was born in Brooklyn, NY and followed in my dad's footstep to become a New York City Police Officer (along with my 3 brothers). Working in a special unit, I communicated with community leaders as well as inspired high school students to start their life on the right track. I discovered the important connection between communication skills and law enforcement, as well as building a relationship with the community I was protecting. After my police career, got into the world of training. I started with Law Enforcement, teaching police how to communicate with the community. I also trained Call Centers on connecting with callers.
I have experience connecting Communication skills to safety. I presented to manufacturing companies as well as an oil refinery that connection to keep them safe.
I now strives to help companies, thru speaking and training, to prepare their employees to become better at connecting with co-workers, customers and management. Tapping into my childhood upbringing in Brooklyn, NY as well as my law enforcement family and my 15 years of training, I use stories from real life experiences and his expertise of communication skills to inspire people to communicate to success.
