What to expect

Emcee: Come with a paramedic, safety and film industry background. I also produce an opening video for each day of the conference that I am emceeing. (This is included in the price)

In-person: Safety techniques that can be used immediately in the workplace. These techniques can arrange from how to lower WCB rates, How to run a JOHSC mtg, Incident investigations, COR certification, Injury management, How to run a tool box talk, How to train adults in the workplace.

Virtual: Everything above including multiple tech programs to ensure engagement, excitement, laughs, rapport and a strong learning environment.

About

Tanya Steele is a former EMR turned entrepreneur. She is now a well-respected Host, MC, Safety Trainer & Consultant. Utilizing her 28yrs of experience she speaks to business owners, supervisors and managers on how to train their workers.

This gen X’er spent the last 2.5 years reinventing herself, including;
• hosting live webinars 5 days a week during the pandemic,
• building a new virtual & in-person, QA program for trainers
• turning her client’s courses into online platforms and,
• training those instructors

She went on to produce & host the “What If One” - hybrid forum and her new podcast, “Safety Debris”. Her goal is to help raise the next generation of trainers that are fun, engaging and impactful!

In-person conference, training: I come with all equipment required except: TV, Wall or screen
I have a full virtual studio where I can ensure tech opportunities are used in its fullest capacity. Chat, physical polling, break out rooms, white boards, overlay, green screen, multiple cameras, Ecamm live, Zoom professional. On all virtual presentations, the audience is engaged every 3-7 minutes.
