Overview
Motto: "To boldly go where no Pan has gone before... musically" I play solo steelpan with backing tracks or with small ensemble. Selections ranging from Sparrow to Sting, Bob Marley to the Beatles, Stevie Wonder to Spyro Gyra, Reggae to R&B, Salsa to Soca. I would love to spice up your event with the flavorful sounds of steel.
I've been blessed with opportunities to travel to many parts of the world from my native T&T to connect and perform. I've also studied engineering at HU in DC and music at WVU, now married in Brooklyn creating, teaching, playing and spreading the joy and love of steelpan and caribbean culture. Available for weddings, parties, corporate events and workshops.

We were extremely pleased to have the Steelband Wagon headline the cocktail hour for our mother's recent milestone 90th birthday celebration. The Steelband Wagon was prompt, professional, personable and meticulously planned a customized and diverse selection of music that animated and brightened up the room and mood. His love for his craft and talent was quite evident. He is also a teacher in his field who presented a visual board which highlighted the history of the steelpan, which I personally appreciated as an educator. Guests were so happy and many commented how good he was. He truly set a wonderful tone for an exceptional night and I would recommend him without reservation for your next event!

We hired Marc for our NJACT Travel Industry Holiday event of 70 people. He was fantastic and everyone loved it. He was very personable and made it fun for everyone. He reached out a week before to connect and followed up with texts the day of the party. It was a great experience overall.
