The Slip Hippies
Overview
The Slip Hippies are an acoustic cover duo that brings a full, polished sound to weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, and private parties. Two voices, guitar, and light percussion give you real live music at a comfortable volume, so guests can talk and enjoy the night instead of shouting over a loud band. We read the room, easy during dinner and lively when it is time to sing along. Our set spans classic rock, 80s, country, beach and island, soul and Motown, and 90s and 2000s favorites, and we happily take requests and learn first-dance songs. Self-contained, dependable, and easy to work with. We would love to be part of your night.
