Initial consultation to discuss your vision
Create a detailed event plan
Assist with the theme, message, attendees, and all the 'fluff' to complete your vision
Referrals for outsourced food and services
Music, entertainment
Manage, organize, and schedule outsourced food and services
Onsite meetings prior to event day to discuss event details, style and décor
Finalized estimate including event plan, list of rentals and the vendor delivery/production schedule
Communicates with vendors to confirm their contracted services, coordinates the delivery schedule and creates the detailed event schedule
Distribution of event plans
Event Coordinator manages set up of event site
Checks in and manages all vendors and coordinates deliveries, set up, and on site schedule of events as needed
Ensures all event details are 100% before guest arrival
