Welcome to The Rodeo Wagon, Madison’s very own rodeo-themed catering company. Locally owned by Kay-Tee Olds, The Rodeo Wagon offers delicious fare inspired by The South. Getting its start as a food cart on Capitol Square in 2016, Rodeo Wagon has grown into a full-service catering company after we found our passion in the world of catering events. Our year-round catering services include buffet-style meals or grab-n-go fares for weddings, conferences, college groups, and anything in between. We are fully equipped to cater to indoor and outdoor events. You may also see our event tent at various festivals during the summer.

Rodeo Wagon provides diverse menu options of appetizers, salads, entrees, and dessert portions, along with non-alcoholic beverages. The menu includes vegetarian options and we also offer to create customized menus. Our custom menu can include just about any entree/sides you can dream up. While we started as a food cart in 2016, Rodeo Wagon has since grown into a full-service catering company. For larger events, we would pull up with a catering cart (looks similar to food cart) and set up a tent to serve from with a food truck facade. We bring the tent, grill, and all the fixings so you can relax and enjoy the day.
Rodeo Wagon Foods specializes in exceeding your food expectations. We move away from “traditional” menus and average banquet meals. Instead, we offer a range of refreshing food with various flavor profiles that adds a special touch to every celebration. Rodeo Wagon Foods has been happily serving customers for 3 seasons at various events. We have served smaller, intimate gatherings of 10 people, along with events such as Taste of Madison in which we served over 4,000 people in 2 days.
We can set up our catering services indoor or outdoor. Just let us know so we can make the appropriate accommodations!

We are influenced by flavors of The South. Our menu is quite extensive and is growing to accommodate some additional savory items as we recently returned from working with chefs in New Orleans to create new dishes for 2019. Very exciting!
