We hired The Quartet Perchance to play during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and we are so happy that we did. It was such a beautiful touch to the night and all of our guests loved it. The planning and communication was very easy and they have an amazing list of songs to choose from. If you want to take your wedding to the next level, we definitely recommend having them there.

These beautiful young ladies made my wedding like a fairy tale. They were so quick to communicate and were very flexible when we had to make scheduling changes! I don’t think that my wedding would have been the same without their amazing music.

What to expect
An audience can expect to see four musicians (two violins, a viola, and a cello) dressed in coordinated attire. Our performances are dynamic and inclusive, featuring a wide repertoire that spans from Baroque and Classical to pop and jazz. This helps us connect with the audience whether we’re enhancing an elegant setting or energizing a lively gathering. For those interested, we can also provide spoken introductions to our pieces or involve the audience with sing-alongs.
Clients hiring The Quartet Perchance get a comprehensive and professional service. We focus on understanding the specifics of every event. During the planning process, we can provide advice on musical selections, event timing, and performance logistics to ensure a seamless integration of our music into the overall event plan. Clients receive a reliable service, with clear communication throughout the planning process. We arrive early to set up and sound-check, and we can coordinate with other vendors if applicable.

Additional booking notes
To ensure the highest quality performance, we have several technical requirements that need to be met by the venue:
1. Seating and Space: Each musician requires an armless chair and ample space to perform.
2. Shade and Protection: For outdoor venues, it is crucial to provide shaded areas for the performers. This protects the instruments from direct sunlight, which can cause damage and affect tuning.
3. Lighting: Adequate stage lighting is important, especially for evening or indoor events, to ensure visibility for both the musicians and the audience.
4. Staging: A raised platform or stage is preferred for larger events to ensure visibility for all guests. The stage should be sturdy and level to ensure the safety of the performers.
5. Access and Set-Up Time: We require access to the venue at least 30 minutes before the performance for setup and sound check. This time allows us to prepare our instruments, arrange our seating, and make any necessary adjustments to lighting and sound equipment.
6. Environment Control: Indoor venues should have a controlled environment, maintaining a moderate temperature and humidity to protect our instruments.
