The Power Play ReConnect Experience

I am an American English speaking writer, voice actor, speaker. My background is in the performing arts as a trained dancer and kater in radio and television news and public affairs. For a number of years I served as the female voice of Public Affairs for Fox45 Baltimore, Maryland. As a voice actor I am now working with a local organization, A Sista's Circle Empowerment Network and also co-hosting their show : Just Minding My Business Radio. It can be heard on Spreaker, Itunes and IHeart internet Radio.

My speaking platform is The Power Play ReConnect Experience. I am a transformation coach and speaker. The purpose of the PPRE is to help seniors, retirees and those who are going through major life transitions to transform and transition through the power of play. My work highlights play as a God given gift and a vital life tool. As adults, we often consider play to be for children and even then we limit play to a certain portion of their lives. The truth is that all mammals play. Humans are mammals and this play is not only about fun, but in the fun comes learned life skills, creativity and productivity. As expert Kathryn Hirsh-Pasek noted;' When we abandon play (as adults) we abandon an important part of ourselves.'

In conjunction with this platform I offer a talk "Critical Heart Centered Play for Grown-ups" a talk of 30 minutes to 45 minutes in length. For more hands on application there is also a full day creativity workshop which is my offer.

This is essentially a solo operation though I may have people on hand to assist in setting up paper work and handling inquiries. In this case an additional table and chairs at the back of the room will be needed. My stage set up is minimal. Microphone either hand held or clip on; stool; small table for notes and water; water. At this time I am not using a powerpoint presentation.
