December 18, 2021I’m writing this while hungover - I say that to illustrate the urgency with which I needed to review The Perfect Pour and Phoneix. For my big 30, they helped me put together a cocktail menu that was theme specific and took care of me & my guest like we were royalty! Everyone was happy, had a drink in hand quickly and they were all DELICIOUS. If you’re having an event, hire them. Don’t think. Just do it.
