What to expect
When you book The Oslay Way, you can expect more than exceptional makeup. You can expect someone who listens, communicates, and genuinely cares about helping you feel like the best version of yourself. My goal is for you to leave the chair feeling confident—not because of the makeup alone, but because of how you feel wearing it.
Families can feel confident knowing that I bring extensive experience working with children in both educational and creative settings. Whether I'm providing face painting or makeup services for a birthday party, recital, school celebration, community event, or festival, I create a fun and welcoming environment where every child feels comfortable, included, and celebrated. I use age-appropriate, encouraging language, respect personal boundaries, and approach every interaction with patience, kindness, and professionalism, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for children and their families alike.
About
Hi, I'm Owen, the artist behind The Oslay Way.
For over eight years, I've had the privilege of helping people feel their most confident—whether that's a bride walking down the aisle, a professional stepping in front of the camera, a celebrity preparing for an appearance, or a model walking New York Fashion Week.
What began as a passion for artistry has grown into a career spanning weddings, editorial, television, corporate productions, runway, special effects, and beauty education. Along the way, I've had the privilege of contributing to New York Fashion Week, national beauty campaigns, editorial publications, and professional productions, with experience supporting artists such as Rico Nasty, Tanya Nolan, David Archuleta, and Jonathan McReynolds.
While I'm passionate about creating beautiful makeup, what matters most to me is the experience behind it. I believe every appointment should feel collaborative, welcoming, and tailored to the individual. By taking the time to understand your vision, preferences, and the occasion, I create looks that enhance—not overshadow—who you are, leaving you feeling confident in front of the camera and long after the event is over.
As a professional beauty educator, I've learned that confidence isn't something I create—it's something I help reveal. That same philosophy guides every appointment. You'll receive personalized artistry, meticulous attention to detail, and a calm, organized experience from our first conversation to your final touch-up.
Whether I'm working with one client or coordinating services for an entire bridal party, production team, or special event, my goal is always the same: to deliver exceptional artistry with professionalism, reliability, and genuine care.
I'd love the opportunity to be part of your next event and help you look and feel your absolute best.
At The Oslay Way, the goal has always been simple: Slay. All Ways & Always.
