Swing, Jazz, Jump & Blues..
The Nite Hawks specialize in swing, jazz, jump & blues from the 1920's-1950s. You'll recognize all our songs from The Great American Songbook and recordings of Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Mel Tome, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, etc. Ideal music for mingling and DANCING!!!
From a jazz duo or trio, to a complete horn loaded ensemble, The Nite Hawks can provide the music for your event. We've been featured at Prohibition, Gatsby and martini night events. We perform in period suits or black tie and our vintage bandstands add to the overall ambience. You will find us extremely professional, easy to work with and a LOT of fun for your guests.

Ken was very responsive to email, took our requests for songs and style, we could not be happier! We asked the Nite Hawks to play at our wedding during the cocktail hour as a trio and reception as a quintet immediately following. They're total pros, set-up, transition, and tear-down were completely seamless. We'd book with them again in a second.

The band performed at our Great Gatsby/1920s themed 20 year anniversary company party. They were fantastic. Everyone loved them. There was even cheering for an encore, to which the band obliged.

Top to bottom the best investment we made for the cocktail reception for our wedding! From day one, Ken was extremely available for all of our questions and offered to learn songs for us! The booking process was super easy, and they just needed to know where and when and we were all set. Truly the hit of the night, all of our guests were so impressed and even passersby that could hear them stopped and were trying to figure out where the awesome music was coming from! It gave our reception energy, fun and class! Honestly as the bride, the only thing I am disappointed by is the fact my husband and I were busy off taking pictures that we didn't have more time to dance! True top class professionals!! Can't wait to book them again for another event!

The band is top notch and very professional. We hired the trio but the bands singer chose to come along and sing with the trio. It was amazing!!! All of my friends wanted their contact information because the band was so good.

Swing, Jazz, Jump & Blues..
Before rock n roll took over popular music in the 1960s, the radios and record players jumped with songs from some of America’s greatest composers from the early swing era of the 1920s through the jazzy pop tunes of the 1950s. The Nite Hawks special in swing, jazz, jump & blues from composers like George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Irving Berlin to songs performed by of Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra & Ray Charles.
If you’re a fan of these catchy melodies, you’ll be delighted by updated arrangements of these timeless classics. The Nite Hawks bring fresh, energetic renditions to songs that are woven into our collective musical consciousness.
