She discovered her healing abilities while sitting in high school biology class. Twenty years later, she became a Reiki Master Teacher. She has studied Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotional Resonance Clearing (ERC), 5 Element Theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kinesiology, Access Consciousness, and principles of energy medicine.
