The Marvellous Magician

Whether a corporate family/children's party, fair/festival, camp, school, daycare centre, Christmas or holiday party, shopping mall, birthday party or other private party, function, or event - or anywhere a children's magician is required - I will perform a show that will have everyone laughing, clapping, cheering, and participating in - a show that will be remembered!

I can perform any duration of show up to 45 minutes (I can perform for 60 minutes if a theatre-type show). At birthday parties, I also make balloon animals for the children so that I am there for about one hour int total. I have my own table that I'm happy to bring along, if you do not have one available for me. I also have my own high-quality, high-powered, battery-operated sound system with wireless microphone, so I am fully equipped to be heard by audiences of at least 400 people, and regardless of whether or not a power source is available (perfect for outdoor shows in parks)!

I am FULLY INSURED with $5 million of liability insurance, so you can have peace of mind, knowing that you are in safe hands, no matter what the occasion! Further, I have a current VULNERABLE SECTOR (Police) CHECK (I will be happy to send this to you, upon request).

Coming from a magical background (my father is a magician, too!), I have always held an interest in magic and performance. Children's magic is my specialty and to this day, I thoroughly enjoy the feeling of being up on stage with all of the children (and adults) laughing and smiling throughout my show!

All that I require is to be set up against a wall/fence, or in a space in which no children will be going behind/directly beside, ideally. A stage is great as well, of course! If you have a regular-height table available, it will be appreciated. Otherwise, I'm happy to use my own! I have my own high-quality, high-powered, battery-operated sound system that I use when necessary, and it is powerful enough for at least 400 children (depending on the size of the venue/background noise, and whether the show is indoor or outdoors).

The audience should be seated directly in front of me, as central as possible (at no more than a 45-degree angle from the performance space, if possible). Children (and their parents) are welcome to sit on the floor/ground or on chairs set up theatre-style, directly in front of my performance space (a minumim of 10' from the front of my table is ideal, but not a necessity, if a larger show).

I HIGHLY recommend no food is eaten/served during the show. If it is, that's fine. However, the children will invariably get up to get more food once they finish what they have in front of them. This is very disruptive for the children. Also, there is so much laughter involved in my shows that eating food does become a choking hazard.
