Our team creates high-quality photo magnets on-site, blending craftsmanship with modern printing technology to give every guest something real and memorable to take home. It’s interactive, elegant, and unforgettable.

Based in the Berkshires and serving the Albany Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Western Massachusetts, we deliver a premium experience from setup to final press — professional presentation, clean design, and memories that truly stick.

Setup Time:
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your booked start time for setup and testing. Early setup or same-day site coordination can be arranged if needed.

Space Requirements:
A setup area of about 8 ft × 8 ft is ideal, but we can easily adjust for smaller or unique spaces. Whether it’s a ballroom corner, a barn, or an outdoor tent, we design the layout to fit your event flow. We just need a flat surface and access to power. A standard 6-foot table works perfectly for most setups, but we can bring our own table and linen if the venue doesn’t provide one.

Power Requirements:
One standard 120V grounded outlet within 15 feet of the setup area. A shared circuit is fine as long as no high-power equipment (DJ lighting, heaters, etc.) is on the same line.

Operating Conditions:
Indoor setups are ideal, but outdoor events are absolutely welcome. We can provide a small canopy or tent if needed to keep the printing equipment shaded and protected. The setup only requires a flat, stable surface and access to power — we handle the rest. Whether your event is in a ballroom, barn, or backyard, we’ll make sure the booth looks great and runs smoothly in any setting.

Teardown:
Teardown begins immediately after your booked time ends unless otherwise arranged. Packing and removal typically take 30–45 minutes, and we coordinate quietly to avoid disrupting the event.

Travel & Service Area:
Based in the Berkshires and serving Albany, Hudson Valley, and Western Massachusetts. Travel fees may apply for events over 75 miles from ZIP 01223.

Customization & Packages:
We offer a range of flexible packages to fit your event size, flow, and budget. Whether you want a compact 3-hour setup for an intimate gathering or full-day coverage for a large wedding, we tailor each booking to match your timeline and guest count.
